Finally, this drop includes Mega Man: The Wily Wars, Capcom’s 1994 remakes of the first three Mega Man games and new (at the time) entry Wily Tower. We round off this quartet with run and gun shooter Target Earth, originally released in 1990. Indeed, the Sega Mega Drive version is the origin of the infamous ‘All Your Base Are Belong To Us’ meme, so there’s a little touch of internet history there too. However, the sci-fi shoot-em-up is perhaps more well known for its Mega Drive cutscenes. Next up is the game Zero Wing which originally arrived in the arcades in 1990. Trapped there by the very villain Sketch helped create, you’ll have to battle your way through a hostile animated world. Playing as Sketch Turner, you’re a comic book artist who finds themselves in their own comic. The first of these is probably the most famous, as a side-scrolling brawler from 1995. Nintendo has added four more Sega Mega Drive games to its Nintendo Switch Online service, including classic platformer Comix Zone.
